I rejected some to find the best of all
and then sometime I rejected all to find that I have been filled with some.
As the wild bush outside my window peeks into me and in my stained oversized shirts,
I stay close to my silence and I think about all the people being everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
Everyone getting wet with the same rain,
everyone coming home in same light,
everyone losing themselves in the same war against the unknown.
Yet some of them never go out to go outside,
never comes to hold and stay,
they just sit quiet and do nothing.
I am finding one of those,
getting lonely with each glass of alcohol,
being marvelous in each note of country refrain
and spending decades with just a sudden question to defeat.
I am finding one of those to ask
What did they lose?

Love it. We are all connected by the banality of modern life.
